SOMONOUR Terms of Service

By using Somonour, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Somonour is an experimental interactive fiction and social simulation product. It may change frequently, include unstable features, and produce incomplete, surprising, or inaccurate output.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally allowed to use online services in your jurisdiction.
  • You may need a Google account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your signed-in session.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Somonour to:

  • break the law or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or threats;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
  • interfere with site operation, security, or availability;
  • submit malware, automated abuse traffic, or attempts to bypass safeguards;
  • use the service in a way that violates third-party rights.

4. Your Content

You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts and material you submit. By using Somonour, you give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including for simulation state, archives, debugging, moderation, and public-facing features you choose to use.

5. Public Archives

Somonour may include public archive or wiki features. If you use features that publish or archive a run publicly, you authorize us to display the relevant story material on those public surfaces.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Somonour generates AI-assisted output. The output may be fictional, inaccurate, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for real-world reliance. Do not use Somonour as a substitute for professional advice or for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, harms other users, or threatens the service.

8. Availability and Changes

Somonour is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, pause, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somonour is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somonour and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Somonour after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, use the support contact identified on the Somonour site or in the Google Sign-In consent screen for this service.

These terms are a practical starter document for the current product state and should be reviewed and refined before a broader public launch.
